“I will remember the deeds of the Lord;

It’s fun reminiscing through old pictures and letters. Pleasant memories are good to share with family and friends. It’s good to remember people, events, and places. Sometimes the person has gone on to be with the Lord, and sometimes we are sharing with someone else about a great time from the past.

My husband and I stroll down memory lane when we see a new building replacing one that we used to visit. Many times it used to be a family restaurant that went out of business, and something else takes its place, like a car wash.

Sometimes, when there are many, many changes, life can look bleak, a little sad, but the ONE thing we can rest assured of is that God never changes. “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.” Hebrews 13:8 NIV

With life’s many twists and turns, we can hold on to God’s unchanging hand.
