As we draw closer to Christmas Day of 2023, I’d like to wish ALL of our incredible clients, volunteers, and donors a blessed and relaxing Christmas.
I say relaxing because, during this beautiful and Holy season, it is normal to get caught up in the “hustle and bustle” that comes with all the excitement and plans. Sometime over these next few days, maybe between the week of Christmas and New Year’s Day, stop, take a few deep breaths, maybe ponder over the blessings of the season, and make a (mental or physical) list of the people in your life for whom you are thankful.
I’d like to say a special “thank you” to my husband Kevin who is constantly doing for others. While working a full-time job, managing and overseeing a food pantry that also includes a woods ministry, he is constantly on the move; striving to help make others’ lives a bit easier. He is blessed to have many like-minded individuals who aid him and work together. “Let’s Eat, Inc.” and “Streets of Hope” are just a couple of the many friends who work alongside Kevin regularly.
Thank you Kevin for being you.
