Looking back on another year, I’m sure we can all agree that 2024 had many obstacles, challenges, sorrows, joys, and blessings. During this year, many of us have lost loved ones; suffered financial hardships; severed relations, and experienced declining health. As devastating as all these are, God has brought us through them. Yes, one day at a time He either delivers us from pain and heartache, or carries us through them. Either way, His Presence is always with us. Yes, each and every day God was there all the time.

No matter what happens in the New Year, God has already been there. There will be trials and tribulations. Jesus told us that. “These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.” John 16:33 NKJV.
Even though we must endure challenges, as children of God, He wants to shower us with blessings. “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” Jeremiah 29:11 NIV.
