“Are You Okay?”
My son Kevin Jr has a kind heart and will on numerous occasions ask this question to anyone who he feels is hurting in some way.

God created us to love Him and to love one another. (Matthew 22: 37-39 KJV)

There are many ways to love others: Helping someone with a physical disability or distributing food to others. Others may need someone to listen to them or may simply just need a hug.
“Rejoice with those who rejoice; mourn with those who mourn.” Romans 12:15 (NIV)
Love and Compassion-While living on this side of Heaven we will suffer trials and tribulations. Jesus said, “These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.” (John 16:33 KJV)
Sometimes, we go through things to be comforted of God so that we can comfort others who may go through similar circumstances. ( 2 Corinthians 1:4)
Ask God to help you show love and compassion to others. Another way to encourage others is to pray with them. Whether they ask to be kept in prayer or if you offer to, do it right then. We could possibly forget if we put it off until later and what a blessing it is for all involved to come to God’s throne on their behalf together. So go ahead, ask if they are okay, then listen to the Holy Spirit to learn how best to assist.
