Help is on the Way

Good evening Love Thy Neighbor (LTN) family. Last night there was an incident where Kevin helped a young man who was having a seizure at a diner we visited. Kevin slid underneath of the boy to protect him from hurting himself. Kevin himself was sore late last night because the boy had extra strength during the seizure and was thrashing and knocking against Kevin. So, Kevin’s whole body was aching. We prayed for Kevin’s healing last night. This morning Kevin came downstairs and said he didn’t have any pain whatsoever! Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!

Then we had another urgent prayer request. Kevin couldn’t find his truck keys. That’s what he uses for the box truck to pick up food donations and help our families with the food pantry. Kevin said,” It’s probably at the restaurant because of what happened last night.” We asked the employees at the diner if keys were returned, but they said they didn’t see anything. We prayed about it. We said, “God you know right where those keys are. Please bring them to us or let us find them. ” Well this morning we went back to the restaurant and when we got there one of the servers said, “I’ve been trying to get a hold of you. The boy’s mother that you helped last night found a set of keys and we figured they were the ones you lost.” Hallelujah! Thank you, Lord! So we got her number and she gave us her address. We went to Dundalk and picked up the keys. Kevin was going to have to pay a locksmith and he actually talked him down from $220 to $150  which we still didn’t have, but we knew we had to get a key. But God… Hallelujah!  We were able to cancel that appointment with the locksmith in time, and we went up and got the keys. God Is right on time. Hallelujah, Hallelujah.

We were happy to hear that the young boy and his parents were doing much better.
